6th Annual IndieProducer Short Film Contest Information

SUBMISSION PROCESS

1. ENTRY FEE: Each submission must be accompanied by $40.00
2. The entry fee is non-refundable
3. Payment may be made via check or PayPal. If paying with PayPal include a copy of your receipt with your submission
4. All checks must be made payable to IndieProducer Short Film Contest
5. Do not forget to attach a short synopsis of your short film and attach it to the submission form (see below) stating as to which genre you are submitting your film .

7. Fill out the SUBMISSION form and send a signed copy with your SHORT FILM and PAYMENT to:

CALL FOR ENRTRIES STARTS May 1st, 2008
DEADLINE - Short Film entries must be postmarked by August 31st, 2008

NOTIFICATION

1. Top 10 Short Films will be announced on our website October 1, 2008
2. Top 3 Finalists will be announced on November 15th, 2008

1. Comedy
2. Horror/Science Fiction
3. Action/Adventure/Kids
4. Drama
5. Foreign Language (with English subtitles)

RULES & REGULATIONS

Please read rules and regulations carefully! Submissions that do not meet the contest rules may be disqualified.

1. All short films submitted may not exceed 30 minutes in length
2. Only short films in VHS or DVD format will by accepted
3. Affix a label to your VHS/DVD submission with your name, address & phone number, film title, and film length clearly written or typed
4. Clearly define which genre you are submitting to on paperworkd & OUTSIDE of envelope
5. A short premise of your film must be included
6. All submissions must be in English or have English subtitles
7. Once the short film has been submitted we do not accept substitutions or new versions only if you win can you substitute for a new cut before we premiere the short at our gala
8. Your short film will not be returned to you. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS / MASTERS
9. Employees of IndieProducer or Lucky Crow Films and their immediate families are not eligible, nor any competition judge and their immediate families
